Dodgy ankles need to do this

The most important thing to teach your ankle after a lateral ankle injury is pronation. In other words to teach the foot to flatten.

If you injure the outside of your ankle the heel bone is stuck in a high arched position. If you don’t get the ankle to pronate then the foot is stuck in a position where you have injured your ankle

You need to get your heel back to a good POSITION before you start doing rehab

Please don’t do balance exercises with your eyes closed just fix the position
